We are a small start-up, we need to conserve products and processes. We do not accept any returns unless conditioned below, but we will replace any items damaged in shipping or any other issues at our discretion. Thank you for supporting our small business.

We offer free shipping in the U.S and rest of the world except for the countries of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, we don't ship. We currently do not offer free shipping for International. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date.

If you'd like to cancel an order, you must cancel it before 3:00PM on the day you purchased. If you placed an order after 3:00PM you must cancel before 10:00AM the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 3pm. You can cancel your order by sending an email to info@elevenelevensin.com with your order number or by calling our customer service voice mail at 1.(480) 359-4795

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.elevenelevenskin.com, you may return within 30 daysYou must provide the product(s) with your order number for a refund amount of the purchase. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.

Please include packing slip and order number. Please ship via traceable method such as UPS, Fedex, USPS with tracking.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 1.(480) 359-4795 or by email at info@elevenelevenskin.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Out of Stock Items
We do not accept orders placed for items on back order. We do let our customers know as soon as an out-of-stock item is back in stock. To be the first to know about any product updates, please join The Eleven Eleven Skin Newsletter.

Returns on Online Purchases

We want you to feel comfortable trying new products. We offer a full refund or exchange for all item(s) you didn’t enjoy for any reason the first time you purchase it/them as long as the return is within 20 days. The second time you order a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. We may ask that products be shipped back to us in cases of large returns (over $60).

Refunds will not include shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern & order number at info@elevenelevenskin.com. We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders. Sample products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credit. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.

After 30 days, we provide a product exchange or partial store credit code of 50% of your original purchase if you are not pleased with your order, however this is limited to 60 days after purchase. Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or alternate product of equal or similar value. After 60 days, we will not exchange or credit an order.

Broken Package

We take it upon ourselves to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with USPS as they are responsible for the damage.

Returns with Dealer/Outside Purchase
Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange. (Please read disclaimers carefully for our products distinctions vs. resellers or afilliated vendors to Eleven Eleven Skin.

In order to offer the best experience to our customers, Eleven Eleven Skin reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).

*Note on free gifts: While we do our best to be generous as a small company, free gifts are limited to marketing promotions and defined by monthly marketing plans. Gifts are not open to demand outside set promotion, nor available for exchange or credit.
